Reservations: All reservations require a deposit of

confirmation of your booking.

The lounge has a top quality sofa bed which can be
made up to accommodate an extra guest. For this we
charge £30 for an adult and £15 for those under
16.
We appreciate that sometimes you have to cancel your
stay. We will not charge you if we can re-let the suite
but you may be liable for the whole cost if we can’t.
It is worth considering holiday insurance that will
cover you if cancellation is unavoidable.
The Beach Rooms is non smoking accommodation. You
may smoke in the garden only.
